Can sign in to hotmail account but after this, the screen is white with just a list down the left hand side of the page cant read messages or anything. Any Ideas?
only want to get rid of old and not upto date contacts not all how is it done terry
Sometimes when I log into hotmail page is squashed on left hand side of screen and all text is in blue. Also login when this happens is very slow. No other sites affected.
Cant open the emails as in-box blank...from different computers including Windows 7 and Vista.
No matter the browser same problem...whats going on.....have the decency to TELL us and keep us informed!!!!!!!!!!
I have a paid Hotmail account. Will it keep working. or is it being changed to outlook? I have many contacts that use the current Hotmail address for me.
Instruction 'Please click the folder to refresh the view, and beneath this there is a message to 'Try to return to Hotmail.' I have been getting this message for months after each return to my emails on a daily basis. However today I am getting a page
without messages at all when I try to access my emails why? I have managed to get into them once today after this, but am now unable to get them at all.
I know I have been sent many emails that are not showing up in my Inbox or Junk folder.

I can log in, earlier the main home sreen was widened and looked odd, now its fine but when I try to access my emails the main "tabs" on the left are in blue, the highlight for inbox stretches all the way across the screen and I cant read my emails.
Is this down for everyone or just me? I have tried using FireFox and Chrome with the same results.
I hope it is not due to them trying to force everyone into use the new format, I was under the impression changing was optional as it is very ugly looking and not something I want.
