URGENT HELP NEEDED HOTMAIL ACCOUNT BLOCKED

Hello, my Hotmail account has been blocked due to several unsuccessful attempts of trying to sign in, 

I cannot use the reset options provided which is 

- Send a code to my phone, as my phone number since has been changed and the old one is unavailable
- Send reset link to an alternate email address, as the email  which i provided for security has been deleted and not in use so i cannot receive the reset link their  

I filled in the validation form and have been rejected number of times as i dont remember the emails i sent as it was a long time ago, 
 i only remember the emails i received and who by and there is no option on the form to write that information down, 


My Hotmail is also linked to my eBay account is their anyway i can possible reset my password i even remember my security question and answer but the option to write that down is unavailable and i put it on the validation form and it was still rejected i dont understand why

now that the ad;s are in place can I delet themas they make so you cant read the emails

I continuously am kicked out of my windows explorer browser. I have cleared caches. Don’t know what to do so I use Firefox as an alternative

I am continuously getting kicked out of my Windows Explorer.  I get kicked out within a minute or less.  What do I do?

How do I add people to an exsisting group? Outlook has made this pretty much impossible

I can't seem to find a way anymore to add people to a group.  Why is this so cumbersome?

can not get permission for my son to use his Microsoft account

Same problem as others that whether using the computer I want to activate the account or other computers to try to activate his account, I always get an error message saying

 

We're unable to complete your request.

 

I have double checked with billing to make sure account number is valid and it is.

I’m using hotmail since 1997 and I was able to retrieve emails only from 2005. How to retrieve my old emails ? My account is active since day one.

I'm able to locate the old email id of my friends in the search bar by typing few characters but not able to open the emails.

 

Is there any way I can retrieve all my emails from the strart ?

Hi there,

My account was hacked in April 2013 and I had no access to it since then. The security information was changed and I was unable to get access to it even through the form. I got back access through a manual validation process by the Microsoft Experts. However, I am unable to delete the security information of the hacker and I have to wait a month for that. Before the hacker gets back on the account again, I would like the IP address history of my account.

Why is spamcop blocking hotmail server

I've recently moved all my personal email to Hotmail and I'm getting responses from Spamcop to say that the email server I'm using is being blocked as its been reported as sending spam:

 - These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***; Failed; 5.3.0 (other or undefined mail system status)

    Remote MTA mail.02.net: network error

 - SMTP protocol diagnostic: 550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address, see: http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml [65.20.0.50]

I realise that the server may be off the blacklist in 24 hours or so, but its very inconvenient.  How can I escalate this and what is Microsoft doing to prevent this?

Hotmail account hacked and blocked to my access

I have spent the day going round in circles trying to unblock my hotmail account which has been hacked into.
I have now been told I have to wait for 24hrs before I can try again despite giving all the information requested except Billing information (very suspicious) which I have never issued in any case
