I am just curious if it possible that someone can block your conversation being saved to the xml? I normally have my chat logs to be saved at all times to whom I am conversing with for references. I went to go check my logs today to recall something from the
conversation but the conversation is missing from last nights chat but all the previous nights are still there. Is there a way I can recover this or is this an issue?

When I log in to messenger on my computer, and put my status to available, all of my contacts appear to be offline and they can't see me. I've tried to appear online to individuals and sending messages and get an error. I am able to communicate with them
using apps on my phone. I've tried reinstalling messenger and it still won't work.
I had this problem before and I asked for your help but now it's back again after I thought I'd fixed it.
I've
- Uninstalled, reinstalled
- Shut down
- Tried 'repairing'.
- Unistalled all of Windows live essentials & reinstalled
- Ticked all the boxes for permissions.
Please don't tell me to do this again - It doesn't work! I've been trying a whole week to fix it this way and nothing.

I can NOT delete the code and when I send it the code is just what the other person gets. Their text appears as a code as well.
Does anyone have a phone number where I can talk to someone if you can't help? This is getting ridiculous now.
what does this mean - 8e5e0519 as an error stopping messenger from opening?
The reason given was 0x80004004. I tried all of the steps. Sept 2 would not allow me to click on default. Step 3 I could not find what they ssuggested and Step 4 could not find what they suggested. Can I uninstall Essentials and reinstall?
I had to wipe my hard drive clean and start over. I reloaded messenger but now all my contact pictures are missing. My own picture is there but not any of my friends.
How do i get all my contacts back on messenger as they have all disapperaed
