the tab bar at the top of messenger keeps disappearing.if i press the alt key ,it reappears,but disappears again when i left click on the page.How do i resolve this?

I have conneted to my Facebook account. allowed full control from Facebook, but I can't chat with my friends using Messenger apps in win 8. I cant's change my status from "disconected"

Messenger shuts down after opening email

Everytime I go to my hotmail/live email account it makes my Windows Live Messenger sign out and then shut down.

Hello;
I've new problem recently with hotmail, I tried too much to add a contact and more but, They don't recieve any friend request message, I also tried to add my yahoo e_mail to my Hotmail e_mail but my yahoo e_mail didn't recieve friend request message from my hotmail !!!

problems with error code 81000490

Starting today I can't sign into Windows Live Messenger. I have 3 ID's and can't sign in with any of them. I can use the Web messenger through my Hotmail accounts, but can't sign into Messenger. I get the error code 81000490 and I have followed every direction in this forum and I'm still unable to sign in. I've installed and uninstalled several times and it still doesn't work. In some of the directions the options I'm supposed to be looking for don't even exist. I have Windows 7 Pro and the version of Windows Live Essential is 16.4.3503.728. I'm not being blocked by a firewall and I'm not being blocked by my Antivirus software. Often when I try to sign in none of the links work. I have internet connection. The only messages I get are that I'm not connected to MSN and that error code. I need help please, I'm pulling my hair out here.

My msn messenger does not load. It says loading continuously and when i try to send a new email my contacts do not load, i have to type each one in. This has been going on for 2 weeks.

WLM/MSN 2012 Won’t Remember Sign-In Info

WLM/MSN 2012 v16.4.3503.728

What I have done:

-Had to use wlstartup.exe to enter info after reboot everytime.

-Already checked 'Remember my ID and password' + 'Make this my trusted PC' but it unticks itself and forgets login info after reboot.

-Already tried repairing the install then rebooting to no avail.

-Regsitry is already on %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming under W7 in Current User.

Additional Info:

-PC language is set to Japanese system locale language while the rest is English

-Changed compatability mode for messenger.exe to Vista SP2 so it would appear as an icon in the taskbar and not as a pinned tab/folder look

-Everything is up to date on MS Updates/ Driver Updates

I've read many threads about this issue in the past on previous versions but it seems to be not fixed yet. Any solutions?
