Windows Live Mail will send but cannot download folders from AOL.com to enable receiving mail from my aol.com account -- error message says "your server unexpectedly terminated connection" and "login failed"  -- I verified my username and password

We have updated our PC from a Gateway with Windows XP  to a Dell with Windows 7 and have been unable to access our Windows Live e-mail for 2 days. (Hotmail account still works but this is not the account I use for my home business.) When calling tech support as directed by our internet provider, we are told that since we have one of the "old free accounts" there is no tech support available to us! We were directed to this site. Wow! What have we missed?

Server Error 3204 is given every time e-mail is checked on Windows Live Mail. The last time it worked was December 26th. Internet provider is Century Link.

I cannot get into my email (windows live) when I click on the icon on my desktop. It shows the hourglass for a few seconds and then it stops. I can get into my email through my provider's web site, so they said it was a Microsoft problem. When I called microsoft, the microsoft person sent me to the support page that only suggested we change our password. Ths was done successfully, but we still can't access email through the windows live icon. Can someone please help us with this?
Windows 7 Operating System.  I just purchased a new laptop, downloaded Microsoft Windows Live Mail and installed an email account.  The only issue I have is Live Mail is not saving my sent messages.  I checked the options folder and under the "send" tab the box is checked to save sent items to "sent folder."  Is there another place I can fix this issue?

Every time I create a new email the 'digital signature' icon appears and I need to go to options to disable this setting every time before I can send message, this only started a few days ago without any changes being made, how do I permanently dis-engage this option?
Hi, I used outexpress as my e-mail services after I change to new PC, the OS is windows 7 now. It does not have outexpress, so I have to use Windows Live Mail to be my main e-mail services now. It could receive mail but could not send. After I asked comcast services people, they told me to change the POP3 to "995" and SMTP "465", now it is not working at all. I do not know what to do?
