Hi, after signing in to Hotmail successfully, I am on the "account summary" page. I cannot find any way move on from there and to access my emails.
I am with Outlook & have had an account with Hotmail for approx ten years.  I have tried changing my password, without success. HELP!

This is a problem which started recently - prior to this my son had no problem getting to his email.  Currently, when my son logs in to his email account (hotmail), rather than being taken to his inbox he encounters this message...

Your account is not ready
It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account.

I have checked my Family Settings and cannot find anything that would indicate that he is blocked and do not see any type of request that I need to approve in order to allow him email access.  So I am not sure what to do next.

I have searched the community and see many instances of this problem and from what I see it requires some back and forth with support involving some private details.  Would it be possible to begin this process?

I have my email access on my phone, but cannot access my account via pc as i cannot remember my password. I cannot access Hotmail inbox after purchasing a Microsoft tablet and linking it to my existing Hotmail account. I get the updating inbox message for over 24hrs and tech support have not been able to help after several hours of exchange. I can access the account and change settings etc but not the inbox- any advice?

I have both a Iphone and a Android phone
I can access my Corporate email using the OWA app in IOS.
The tried to access my same email account using Outlook.com app in Android.  It doesn't recognise my email account. It will accept my hotmail account
I downloaded the new microsoft 365 mobile app today but that has no email access
I am based in Singapore

When trying to access my outlook.com email on my phone via EAS, I have no issues. However when I try to access it via OWA, I receive the following error:

You've lost access to your email

The inbox you've been using is no longer available. This can occur when your account is owned by an organization, or when someone else confirms ownership of the email address.
You haven't lost access to the other services you use with your Microsoft account. However, you must choose a new primary alias to continue.


How do I resolve this issue and get email access for my account back on the web interface?
