SKYDRIVE keeps asking me to download SILVERLIGHT to view my VIDEOS

When I click on a video in SKYDRIVE it asks me to download SILVERLIGHT to view the video, I did so several times, and it still keeps asking again.  I even shut down computer and restarted it and it still asks again?  have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 and all is up to date.

 

also the video does show up and is a WMV type file

 

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO TELL WHICH VERSION OF SKYDRIVE I HAVE?????  help there too????  I don't Sync my computers with it, don't want to.

 

Can’t open or download PDF attachments in Hotmail. Have tried all suggested solutions.

I have uninstalled and installed Adobe 10. I have installed an earlier version of Adobe, as I was able to open PDF attachments earlier. I have installed and uninstalled Microsoft Silverlight.

Slideshow feature does not work with my Hotmail when trying to view photos in an email.

Why doesn't the "slideshow" feature work when viewing photos in an email?  A window pops up and says I need to install Silverlight but I have already done that.  I tried to install it again thinking maybe I did something wrong but it then says "Silverlight is already installed on your computer".  Why doesn't the computer know this?    Thanks,  Andrew

I cannot forward emails,when I try a message pops up from Silverlight wanting to make changes to my computer.When i click on it (either to cancel or OK) everything freezes.Why and what can I do?

Cannot attach photos in Hotmail when using Firefox

Hi,
Problem started couple of weeks back, attachment bar in hotmail went missing, disabled silverlight plugin in firefox and it came back,
but when i try to attach photos a box appears to install silverlight. when i install ,message comes up' you have a newer version already installed'
No attachment problem when using IE. am using firefox 13.0.1 pc os is win 7 home premium 64 bit.
Any help is appreciated,

My Hotmail suddenly won’t upload some jpgs.

 I am using a macbook pro. 10.6.8
I am using Safari. It says "Error"  "The file appears to be empty".
 It won't download when I use Crome either.  

However I can send the same jpg with gmail and Skype and macmail.

I have downloaded Silverlight package, restarted my browers and still nothing.

I use SnapNDrag to crop and resize my photos. Have for years and nothing is changed there.
Old photos resized with it do upload.
