I have submitted a request to have domain.com (127.0.0.1) (Would be happy to provide the masked private information only to a Microsoft Employee.) removed from the blacklist to allow for traffic coming from our Exchange server to your domains. Our IP address has not sent any email to your domain since the blacklisting. Our domain is still registered as "E-mail address harvesting". We have setup accounts with Junk Email Reporting program (JMRP) and Smart Network Data Services program (SNDS) programs that your company has configured for monitoring. Is there anything else we need to complete in order to send email to your privately protected managed domains (Hotmail.com, MSN.com, Outlook.com, Live.com, etc)

Chatting and calling Microsoft to find out more information on this topic is inconclusive.

Hi everyone, my email address has been hacked and I have a lot of private information and subscriptions including my xbox live account which has also been hacked. I have tried the password reset method, but whenever I sign in it gives me the "Someone has been on your account" page rather than my emails. This is a very stressful and frustrating situation and I have talked to two different microsoft agents about the issue. I use my email address for work and as well as my subscriptions to my hobbies. I really need some help getting the account back.

Thank you everyone for your time and concern
