We are using window live mail 2011 on two different machines and today the 10/12/2012 both machine give us an error
unable to send or receive messages for the "person's name" hotmail account

I can acces the 2 accounts via the internet by going to the hotmail.ca site and all our Email are there even both our in box have today's Email in it
how come both window live mail would do that must be a common problem ??
It is not my internet I have a another account with my internet suplyer and it is working ok with window live mail 2011

for the past week i have had trouble signing in to hotmail as it's very intermittent can some one supply me with a telephone number to contact a REAL person ot do they not exist,
I recently synced my Exchange email with Outlook 2011 on my work computer and my name is not always correct in the From line of an email. The Outlook I'm using has been synced with other email addresses from previous employees and I have deleted the old
accounts, but the From line has the name of the person who previously used this computer. For example, I will send an email and the From line will say "From: Previous Employee Name <my email address>" instead of my name.

How do I import a Contact file from Incredimail into Windows Live Mail Contact file? The Incredimail Contact file was exported from my old computer to a cd and then copied to my new computer. I have been unable to find any instructions about to import
