Outlook 2011 - when trying to load an attachment on MacBook Air, by mistake in the main window, Outlook reported that it needed to close. When reopened all emails and account settings had been erased. This is the second time it has happened in 3 weeks.
How can I avoid a repetition.
Why does "Accounts" not appear under the tools button in Outlook:mac 2011?

I tried to send four emails, each with a large file that, apparently, exceeds the file size. Everytime a Send/Recieve happens, Outlook tries again to send these files.
I want to DELETE the files from the Outbox, but don't see the outbox in the file structure (on the left).
Help?
