My deleted items folder randomly disappears from my Outlook 2011. In order to get it back, I must close and restart Outlook. Any thoughts on how I can prevent this from happening? Thanks!

I just upgraded from Lion to Mountain Lion and most things seemed to go well.
However, Outlook is now incredibly, painfully slow. I get the SBBOD (Spinning Beachball of Death) with almost anything I type.
Has anyone else run into this? If so, does anyone have suggestions as to how to get Outlook's performance back to normal?

- Like many, I'm using an encrypted disk image to store the Microsoft User Data file for security reasons. I reindexed the mounted disk image (using sudo mdutil -E /...) but this did not help.
I have been using Hotmail for over 2 years without any problems over the past week I can not recieve any emails.I have been trying for the last 3 days at
least to resolve this issue via micrsoft support site trying variouse methods. I even tried via Google Chrome no joy,
I can access all my emails via my ISP (talktalk) but I prefer Hotmail, Ihave also tried upgrading to outlook result no difference

Hi,
I just set up emails (gmail and 2 personal .com emails) ok in outlook 11 and then clicked to import from Entourage 08. It said imported ok but when I open Outlook only the recent new emails appear that were on my server. Old emails that were in my inbox
in Entourage and also in many very important archived e-mail folders i set up in Entourage do not show in outlook..help!

I tried setting up my employers email in Outlook 2011 for Mac. Because this version is missing features that have been in Outlook for Windows for years, that just won't work, so I deleted that account. I then set up another account, which works... but
I still get errors that have to do with the old account. How do I completely remove all references to the old, deleted account? And why wasn't that done when I deleted the account from Outlook config?
I accidently clicked on a free 'conversion' for my hotmail account to the outlook format. I do not like the Outlook format and want to go back to the usual Hotmail format. How do I do it?
I went into my hotmail account today and it looks like it automatically converted to the Outlook format. Why did this happen? Is is the same for everyone? Do I have the option to go back to the old hotmail format?
My hotmail account got switched to outlook. How do I change back? I can't open my email in outlook and the option to return to hotmail doesn't work. Just says error on page.
