I have several messages in my inbox that will not delete, I have even tried removing office 2011 and reinstalling it, the messages always reappear.

I have some Mac clients connected to Exchange 2010 using office 2011. One of the public folders contains over 15,000 contacts. When the user clicks on that folder, Outlook hangs for at least 5-10 minutes.
The connection between the client and the Exchange server is over a VPN tunnel, and not a very fast one ( 600 Kbps ). I am told that Outlook 2011 for Mac doesn't have cache mode like its Windows version.
Connecting to the PF via Safari is fine.
Any ideas anyone?

Hi Guys, hope you can help me, i need to uninstall and re-install my office 2011 with a new product key details. i was wondering how to perform a back-up for my outlook data (signature, emails, etc) and restore it later once the office has been re-installed

My user is having an issue with his timezone on his Mac office 2011. Outlook thinks his computer is currently on Central Time which is not. The OSX correct timezone is Eastern Timzone. Currently Outlook calendar does not list Eastern timezone and it
only give him CT,MT,PT as the only options. His Mac is running the latest OSX Lion and disabled location services. He tried setting to different timezones in Outlook and reboot but no avail. The Eastern timezone doesn't seem to be an option for him in his

There was a outlook issue with me.I'm using office 2011 for Mac.
When I want to sent a mail with large attachment (>5M), the mail will push into my draft folder automatically.I'm using exchange account, but I'm sure that was no issue with exchange server.Because I can sent the mail with large attachment by outlook 2010
in win 7.

OK Just updated my office mac to 14.2.2 and now I cannot see inbox emails, can see sub folders and email in those, and see some inbox emails when applying filter but one should not have to do this. Running lion with latest updates Need a solid fix and

I replied to an email that was sent in Microsoft Office. The person replied back but I did not receive it. Instead it went to someone in England who has the same email address in hotmail. How do I fix this as it is happening frequently
