I have Office 365 on my work private computer and also on my work public computer.  My work public computer (at the front desk and used by my employees) has access to Skydrive through Word and Excel and I don't know how to stop it.  I do NOT have Skydrive installed on my work public computer.  But since Word and Excel is on my same Office 365 account, it is sharing the Skydrive files.  How do I make it not have access to my Skydrive files?

On multiple computers, in both firefox & IE updated version 9, when i send a bulk email to the same recipients I have been for years, i get the following message and cannot send the email at all!!

the email address' are correct, i cleared cache, i tried on multiple computers, i tried on firefox & Internet Explorer - problem still exists!

Please help as this is a big problem!

I'm having a problem accessing Outlook.com from a browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox) on multiple computers. EAS is still working fine (My Windows Phone and Outlook 2013 are working as expected). However, every time I try to access Outlook.com from a browser, I get the error: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now".

I started getting the error last night, after I was in my inbox and it said something about being unable to connect and to refresh the page and check server status. When I refreshed, the error started.

I was trying out Unroll.me and OtherInbox this past week, so I disabled those, thinking it would help. I removed all accounts linked to my Microsoft account as well as 2-step verification. I don't know what else to do.

Thanks for your help.
Hi

One of my accounts has stopped allowing me to save attachments. It will allow me to view it in the webapp. If I click the attachment a banner comes up at the bottom of IE 10 saying "internet has blocked this content due to security certificate error" or something very similar. I have tried another hotmail account and that is fine. I have tried accessing the outlook account on another computer with IE 11 and this initially came up with a error message saying advanced security was stopping silverlight from running and that i could stop running etc. I selected to not run and it comes up with the same error message about an invalid security certificate.

Please help.

Kind Regards

M
Ok so here is my issue,

I originally discovered that I am unable to access my Windows Live Account when attempting to sign in and register my copy of Flatout Ultimate Carnage. While in game it asks for your username and password for your live account, I proceeded to input this information. It then tells me that my username or password is incorrect, I have tried all possible passwords that would be possible for this account. After these failed I attempted to log into my live account at login.live.com from multiple computers, however I was unable to do so, again same issue, wrong username or password. I then proceeded to try a password reset by using the "Cannot access your account?" link on the login.live webpage. After inputting my email address for my live account I am then putting in the security verification code required to verify I am indeed a human, I am prompted if I would like to have link emailed to me or a code sent to my phone. I then choose the option for email me the link, once I have received the link I am provided with two options, a link for accepting the password reset and a link for reporting it that I did not request it. At this time I select the one that tells me to click it if I want to proceed with the reset. A new window opens up and I am presented with option to input a new password and confirm password. I put in a password that meets the minimum required password requirements and verify it, at this point I am presented with a page that states.....
There's a temporary problem

There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.

I have proceeded to try later.... this message has popped up everytime I have tried without fail for the last 2 weeks. During this time I have contacted Microsoft and XBOX support multiple times and they are unable to assist and have sent me to this location. There are several other important pieces of information I suppose I should share as well, the game is a PC game that I have successfully tied to my account before and have done so multiple times, as I have multiple computers and have re-installed windows many many times. Second and most important point I would like to bring up is that all of these issues have started since I tried to re-tie my live account to my home server url... let me explain. I own a copy of Windows Home Server 2011, I originally set it up to use the url of *****.homeserver.com (information omitted for security), this is using the free domain name service provided by microsoft. For some reason that I have no recollection of at the moment, I had to re-set up the website portion of this operating system for remote access. During this time I constantly receive a message that states it is unable to set up the domain name and that there was a problem connecting to the Microsoft Domain Name Service. (More detailed information can be obtained if necessary) In a nutshell though, I am unable to sign into my live account, unable to reset my live account, and for some unknown and ungodly reason, nobody seems to know at microsoft what the issue is. If I had to take a crack at it.... I would say there is a conflict in my Live account information between two servers, or two ghost accounts of some sort that refuse to sync, and this is causing an authentication error and errors everytime an attempt to modify the account is made, hence my issues. If anybody has any brilliant solutions to this conundrum, they would be much appreciated.

I have been unable to use the search function with my outlook.com account for several weeks.

This happens on multiple computers and with various browsers.

I have cleared the cache, updated browser version, and reset settings.

I get various error messages.

The most frequent is this:

There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook.

For the last few two or three day I am being unable to log into my hotmail account. Once I enter my UN and PW the page goes on for a while then it times out saying "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have tried this on multiple computers and using different browsers to no avail, the only way I am being able to see my emails is through my iPod touch. How can I fix this?

Thanks!!

I have a new MacBook Pro (Retina) and am combining multiple computers onto it.  I have an account/partition for Home and another for Work, but want to share the same Outlook on both (including personal folders).  I can open it on the partition on which I installed the program, but get an error on the other partition that says "This identity cannot be open with this version of Outlook."

Not sure if the problem is the move from my old MacBook Air (where I was using the SAME version of Outlook), or the fact that it is installed on a different partition.  I have tried rebuilding the database and deleting Outlook-related files from my preferences, but still haven't figured it out.
