A year worth of inbox email has been deleted

I log into my account several times a day, and found today that a year worth of email has been deleted, from the 6th month of 2012 to2011.

I have never deleted them, therefore not in my deleted folders, and need access to them urgently. Where have my emails gone?

Please let me know asap how these may be recovered

All Messenger contacts appear offline after upgrading Hotmail to Outlook.com

It's been more than 1 month since my upgrate from the Hotmail service to Outlook.com and all my contacts in the messenger are still appearing offline. I thought it should only take no longer than 24 hours to complete the upgrate.

Why is it? Would I have to move back to Hotmail?

Messenger says not responding whenever I try to use it.

Everytime I try to use messenger a note at the top says not responding, this happened for a while with hotmail, but that seems ok now, but I haven't been able to use messenger now for a month. I try to close and the option of close programme or restart appears but this never resolves the issue.
