my account has been broken into and my account is now in arabic. I cannot read a thing. I rcv'd the following email which caused the problem. Please help!

 

I hope you get this message right on time. Sorry I didn't inform you about my trip to (Cyprus Europe) for a program,I am having some difficulties currently all because I lost my wallet on my way to the hotel where my money, credit card and cellphone were kept,and now my passport and my luggage's are been held down by the hotel management pending I make my payments.I need you to help me with a loan of 2,150.Euros(approx.2,852.40 USD) to pay for the hotel bills and to get myself back home. I've been to the embassy and Police, but they are not responding to the matter effectively, I will appreciate whatever you can afford to assist me with, I will return the money back to you as soon as I return.Please reply me ASAP.

how can I stop mail from bouncing back, showing an invalid email address that I did not use. I typed in a valid address, it was received by that person, yet a message bounces back showing undeliverable to an address that does not exist

My MSN messenger has been hacked and I can get rid of the offensive message in the update your friends box & the conversation that comes up when I talk to a friend.  MSN/Messenger continues to say that I am logged in two places, one of the places is obviously the hacker.  I have changed my password etc but can't get rid of the intruder. When I was going through all of the help stuff I did come across an option to close the account, but can't find it again. Any suggestions, please?

why is e-mail changing capitalized e-mail addresses to low-case?

I'm trying to e-mail Alamo Rent A Car. 

 

Their e-mail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. 

 

After I enter the above address, my e-mail system changes the "DRUI" to low-case letters, and I receive a postmaster-type message that the e-mail could not be sent to Alamo.

My computer was hacked and a message sent to all my email accounts.  I have recovered, etc, but text is coming up in Arabic.  What are the best things to do after changing passwords and updating security software?  TKU

When I reply to or forward an email, the prior/original message’s Date Sent is not included

Does anyone else have this problem?  When I reply to or forward a message using Outlook for Mac 2011, the Date Sent from the message that I am forwarding, or replying to, is not included in my message.  Under Outlook > Preferences... > Email Composing, I use the middle radio button under Attribution of Original Message, which says it will "Include From, Date, To, Subject lines from original message".  This preference option only displays the other 3 attribute lines in the header of the prior/original message, but not Date Sent.  

I've tried all three radio buttons to this option, none of which include the Date. Any suggestions?  I assume this is a Severity 2 defect of Outlook since not including the date of a reply or forwarded message renders Outlook application almost useless as an email tool, unless someone wants to manually add the date to most every forwarded message and email reply or look like he's/she's hiding the date sent for some reason.
