Subject : RE: SRX1222585730ID - Windows Live Hotmail

I had clicked on the link to” try” Outlook.com, because in Windows mail  many times I can not see the message and/or mail just disappears.

I entered the email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (I could not enter the valid address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***). I then created a alias address of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, completed the other requested info, password etc.

I have (4) valid frontier.com email addresses, but outlook would not let me enter them, so I closed the account. Now whenever I go to Mail, People, or Messages I receive a message showing “*** Email address is removed for privacy *** and showing a box to enter the password. Below the box is a message stating the password is invalid. entering the password does not work either. I can cancel the banner and see email as before.

How can I totally remove Outlook from this PC and eliminate the banner?

Also I tried to upgrade to 8.1 and received the same banner as described above with error
OxC1900101-Ox40019.

would appreciate your help.

Thanks....Les

Some of my emails never get delivered.  Even if I hit "reply" so I am absolutely sure I am sending the message to a valid address, the person does not receive the message and I do not get an "undeliverable" message so I don't know that the email is not received.   It only happens to certain email addresses and not all the time........ so I don't know the message has not been received until later.
how can I stop mail from bouncing back, showing an invalid email address that I did not use. I typed in a valid address, it was received by that person, yet a message bounces back showing undeliverable to an address that does not exist
