I am trying to communicate with my youth football team.  For the past several weeks I have been sending out communications to the parents and send them in a BCC.

On Wednesday I started to get error messages that my email was undeliverable.  I am not getting the following message for every mail item I send.

I can't send a simple thank you to a sender.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

Hi There,

I keep getting one email returned to me as undeliverable.  Message reads:

Remote Server returned '550-Verification failed for <EMAIL ADDRESS> 550-No Such User Here 550 Sender verify failed'

The only difference to this email is that it has a dash in their email address.  I have tried contacting their web address and two other addresses all with the same result.

I am a lay person (not IT) but is there some way I can fix this problem?

Thanks

For the past 2 days we have been receiving "undeliverable" and "failure" notices in our Hotmail/Outlook inbox for emails sent entitled "SUP", "Good Morning", "Good Evening" etc.    I immediately changed our password yesterday & have done multiple virus & Malware scans. We have Microsoft Essentials running at all times, and yet people are still receiving these SPAM messages from us. Strangely, there is no record in our "Sent" folder to show that these emails were sent from our email, as with another time we were hacked.  I changed our password again this morning, and still we are receiving notes from friends saying that they are getting these emails.

What else can we do to stop this????

Hi, I use Outlook.com e-mail service on my own domain (via Windows Live Domain). I really like the service but what bothers me quite a lot is that when someone sends an e-mail to me, sometimes it returns back to the sender as undeliverable, without me knowing a thing. It only happens sometimes and only with an e-mail from certain senders. Has anyone come across the same issue?

My DNS is set correctly.

All my emails are missing from Outlook.com

My Hotmail address no longer works, people cannot send emails to it, comes back undeliverable.

Account looks new, even email saying "Set up your new inbox" (converted over to outlook.com months ago)

please help when we try and reply to an email that we've always been able to send to we get the following error:

The reason for the problem:

5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-"OU-002 (COL0-MC1-F21) Unfortunately, messages from IP ADRESS weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors."

how will we get our address off the blocked list.

I viewed full headers on a **** email stating I had a post that was undeliverable, to please click link to create a new shipping label. Obviously bullshit and comes frequently. So out of spite I returned the email to every address in the view. Now I keep getting undeliverable notifications from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with an attachment! I do not dare open. Please stop the cycle!
I recieved a email that my account was growing too fast, so I went thru and deleted many of the emails which were building up and then emptied my delete file.  Now, I am not receiving all of my messages and many of the senders are getting notification that their email they sent to me was undeliverable.

Someone who was receiving all my emails is now not able to receive any.  When I send him a message, it bounces back as undeliverable.  We are on a committee and this was not happening before.  Communicating through email is crucial to our organization.  What could cause this?
