I have reieved an e-mail from Windows live saying my account has been suspended owing to excessive receipt and sending of emails, as a pensioner who only emails friends and relations (if I send 10 a day and recieve same that is the extent of my emailing!!). I have been having problems for the last few days with messages that say hotmail is temporarily unavailable. I don't understand why I am having this problem and am unsure as to wether the windows live email recieved is genuine

Would be grateful for your help in relation to this matter

For the past four days , ever since Cogeco.ca's server went down , I have had problems getting my email site to work properly.  I have spoken to 6 reps of Cogeco and they insist that it is something wrong with Windows Live Mail and they go on talking  too  technical for me. .  I just recently bought a new computer and Windows 7 is on it.  I used to have Outlook Express and now it is Windows Live Mail that runs my email account. I signed in to Windows Live Mail 2012 and yet nothing is working .  Can you help me?
Seems Im not cut out for this windows live. I cant seem to get it to retrieve message from my cox account. Continue getting the POP3 error, hasnt responded in 60 seconds, would you like to wait another 60 seconds. With this error message if I hit stop. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Cox  account. A time-out occurred while communicating with the server.

Server: 'pop.cox.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC19
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): No
Original Title: "Outlook doesn't work"
Have Office:mac2011 installed on new Imac running Mountain Lion upgrade. Major problem with Outlook. No matter what command I use I get a "unknown error" information message. Powerpoint, Excel and Word word as advertised -- but Outlook is useless. Any workaround?

I recently noticed an AOL contact in my drop down list of addees when forwarding emails but this AOL contact does not show in my Contacts list so I can delete it.

Problem is: <removed by moderator>

I have notified AOL about this matter and am waiting for their response.

I reset my account password as recommended by Hotmail. anything else I can do to correct this issue and prevent a reoccurance?

Thanks!

I've tried to erase all existing Windows Live files from my PC before reinstalling, but I must be missing something.

why has hotmail deleted all my folders and not reinstated all my documents which I need to be restored as a matter of urgency especially for 2010/2011 - can this be organised as a matter of urgency
