I recently changed my password on my motorola Razor Max.  Running Android version 4.1.2.

I can send email from my phone, but it wount update the list of incoming messages despite saying it is synced.  I have entered the correct passord in the phone settings.

Help?

Incoming messages are not affected, but outgoing messages go nowhere. I've pasted the complete error message below. Any ideas? (I wonder whether a recent update to Norton Security Suite changed something.)

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'test'
Server: 'smtp.comcast.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060
Message indicates it cannot connect to the server, port 25, socket error 10061

It was working fine last night and was shut down until this morning when I attempted to reply to incoming messages.
I can't receive incoming messages, but I can send them. When I refresh I get "unable to connect to server". For some reason my server password is really long. I tried changing it but get the error 503: service unavailable.

My incoming messages always indicate a time zone other than my own. It makes it difficult to know when something was actually received. How or where can I edit that setting so that my inbox knows what time it is - here.

Thought I had the hang of it, but - My e-mail messages are displayed in the lower area whether or not they are opened.  In the configuration of Read the 4 boxes are all "unchecked".   I woulld like the messages to only be displayed if I choose to open them.   I would think a default setting would be such for security.  Thank you   I have just had to re-install the Windows Live Mail and have also updated to IE9

My wife's Win 7 machine is reporting an imminent HD failure and a warning to back up important files. She is primarily interested in saving her e-mail files, primarily incoming messages. How do I do this? I plan to replace her HD and install a new one, and then use the recovery discs for her machine. Bud how do I first save her e-mail to an external file?

Many thanks.
