My account is blocked for ”spam or unusual activities” and i cant go in my old hotmail to get the ”one use code” to unlock my account because it has the same problem. what can I do?

I know this is elementary but I do not know how to set up my MacBook to retrieve emails from Hotmail. Google does not seem to be able to get me to the correct answers.

I just opened a new account and have not sent any email or given my email to anybody. Within 2 days, I am already receiving filthy SPAM.
Is this "normal" for Hotmail??
Any way to not have this happen?

I have transferred all my Contacts and arranged to have all my future emails transferred to my Hotmail account from Sky.

Am I able to transfer the emails I have already received on my Sky account to my Hotmail account en block or do I have to forward them all individually?

Left a "comment" with hotmail months ago concerning several email contacts that appear only during drop-down box selection when electing to send a new message that I did NOT add to my contacts.

Today, although I could sign-in and see my inbox page I, no access was allowed. Only message was a Windows dialog box that stated an IE issue. Then, it "recovered" the page (hotmail site) and then loops these messages continuously.

NO hotmail specific messages given.

NO trouble with other websites, file or folders on my computer.

Cannot delete suspect contacts which include:

DrunkGirlRoom
FunRoom
HornyGirlHere
I LOVE ANIMALS
SexyChickRoom

Have done the following:

changed hotmail PW (as has been done in the past)

ran:

Microsoft Safety Scanner 1.0.3001.0

McAfee

Malwarebytes

Registry scanner

ALL above cover anti-virus, malware, spyware and "other" threat scans in duplicity. Further, most recent update for each program was used during scans.

ONLY hotmail.com is the problem.

Access to hotmail is an intermittant issue so the extra contacts must somehow be able to be deleted.

Please advise
