I dont know if my situation is the same. I use my desktop outlook to access my hotmail account and it downloaded all my folders. I did not want the folders on my desktop so I deleted them thinking I still had them in my hotmail but now they are gone from my outlook and from my hotmail. I do not have the recover option on the deleted files. Anyother suggestions. These are years of pictures, emails, etc.

I am trying to close my hotmail account and I can not when I get to that step to close it tells me to deactivate and check my billing services and when I do it then says I have no billing services. I would like to close ASAP please . My account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

My Hotmail E-mail Account that is blocked and is not able to use the secondary e-mail listed to verify account, so i can't get the unlock code, and really need to get this fixed any tips

AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I HAVE FOLLOWED THE LINK AND IT DOESNT GET ME ANYWHERE AT ALL APART FROM THE LOGIN SCREEN AGAIN. PLEASE IF I CAN SAVE MY ACCOUNT CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO BECAUSE I AM LOST.
