In this forum, for the past two years, there have been frequent requests for help on the use of Groups in WLM 2012. We would appreciate if the Forum Moderator could give us an update on the progress toward resolving this issue. It was last fully available in WLM 2011.

The idea that future use of this product will have to rely on workarounds is just not acceptable.

Sorry to bring up this issue one more time.

After nearly a year and multiple threads on this one issue alone this thread was supposed to be escalated to an Engineer. A forum moderator replied who claims to be a support specialist replied. I can honestly say Microsoft has finally driven me away from PCs and into a Mac.  Some as basic as a font setting was designed to keep the user settings!!! If we're lucky some techy outside of Microsoft will create a work around but I'm not staying! A dedicated Hotmail user of over decade has finally been driven away! RonielD and his post:

Hi Everyone,

I'm Ron a support specialist, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue caused you.

I would like to inform you that this is by design as HTML formatting is being used.

This usually happens when you delete the entire paragraph resulting to deleting the tagging information at the beginning of that paragraph that defines the font and attributes of the paragraph.

Furthermore - if the you uses [CTRL+Enter] for line breaks instead of just using Enter; you will retain font information across line breaks when moving to new paragraphs.

Thank you for your feedback,

Regards,

Ron"

You'll find the thread here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/mail-email/writing-e-mail-font-size-changes/7c9c2cdc-457b-4f38-8a42-2ad5a219cad9?page=7&tm=1376652139119

i have seen others with this same issue and the forum moderator sets up a private chat.

This has been working for a while and on july 26th just stopped recving emails via yahoo.  my account for yahoo plus is still good and not due for an payment for three months.

i can send email just not receive through outlook.com

I deleted more than 100 senders from my "blocked senders" list a couple of days ago after getting en error message saying the list was full. I need more space or else another way to keep porno senders from getting mail to my junk mailbox. I have small grandchildren who are computer savvy, and even though they don't know my password, they are clever enough to figure it out. I DO NOT WANT porno stuff in ANY of my mail. I need either more space or a block that will block certain words and/or phrases if they occur in either sender or subject lines.

Update: I got a link and a forum moderator's "hook," but it was the same answer I got in my email. . . to go to a "link" (provided but not accessible or "connectable" by my home network) and then read an answer from ZigZagaq3143x. I found the forum, but the only answer in it was the same as in the email. . . to go to the "link," etc., etc., etc. Got a loop going here, and my question has NOT been answered. I suspect there is no answer.
