Hi,
Could a forum moderator please respond with a private message so I can submit my account information and unique ID so that you could help me close my account?  I try to close my hotmail account, but it says I have to close my billing, but I have the message "We couldn't find billing information associated with this account." when I do, and so I'm stuck in the endless loop.
