I have not used my account in over 3 years and now my friends and family are getting emails from "me" I tried to cancel it and I just got in circles and when I called customer support they want to charge me $60 to cancel my account! Someone please help

I keep getting notifications on my cell phone that my login attempt was unsuccessful. I'm not attempting to log in and neither is anyone else in my family. Is someone trying to hack me? This is happening every few minutes for the past 24 hours.
Is it possible to have the same email address on two computers in a home elimination the need for family members needing their own email addresses.

I need to access my deceased Husband's emails. As I belive members of his family have been trying to access his account they have blocked the account, even though i have the password. Please can you advise how i can go about this ?

How do or can I uninstall windows live mail, live writer, live call from windows live essencentials and keep windows live messenger, live family safety and live photo gallary? I have went to uninstall programs & clicked on windows live essentials but
it will not let me uninstall all or part.
