my alternate addresses are: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I was sent an e-mail that said security has been verified but this did not work when I tried to reset my password.
I was also given a code that did not work: 7259353
My case # is: 1183053187
I have spent 4 days trying to resolve this, please help me.

I received an email that looks like it is from my daughter, has her name on it but it is not her email address, how do I inform her that maybe her email, name has been hacked? (or what would you call it?)
Is it best to call her on the phone?
