How can I customise the contact address format.  In the UK the initial part of the address may take several lines (e.g. house name, estate name, street name).  It would be OK if you could multi-line e.g. the 1st field but you can't even do that (as the Mac built-in address book allows).  So I need to either add fields or multi-line fields before it can work

I was forced to urgently purchase this software because of price increases (i.e. beak MS changing their US$ to GB£ to 1=1 !!).  And I have to say, Outlook is an embarrassment to MS.  I seem to be spending ages reporting bug after bug on the feedback form, but these are more of a nuisance and annoyance than stopping functionality.  It is the lack of functionality (functionality that was often in Entourage) that is the main problem.  It is marginally unworkable but as it could not even import my Apple Mail accounts and messages that took a full day to do manually so I'm going to persevere.  It's not like it's a just released product either I(where one has to be tolerant of "issues").

So help sorting out these things would be much appreciated as I have a lot invested (in terms on money and time).

(Latest Lion OS and updated Office 2011 as of 26 June 2012 on Macbook 13" with free RAM and 40% disk space free).
comment supprimer les doublons dans mes contacts?
How to delete(eliminate) doubles(doubloons) in my contacts?(outlook)
i want to block someone not on my contact list. i'm aware that in version 2011 this option is unavailable, so what are the alternatives?
I'm not getting email thru the iPhone email app. Worked fine until a couple of days ago. Now it say server error, contact server administrator? How do this get fixed?
In Outlook 2011 I have my Exchange contacts folder and a public contacts folder.  When I switch to Contacts view, the public folder is checked and displays entries.  If I uncheck it, go to another view, and then return to the Contacts view, the folder is checked and opens again.  The same thing happens with my Exchange and public Calendar.  I would like the public folders to not open automatically, but only when I need them/check them.  How do I accomplish this?

Outlook Express  told me in which category or group each contact was listed so I could easily find and delete them when they asked to unsubscribe.  I cannot find this information anywhere in my contact information.  Is there anywhere or any way I can easily see in which category a contact is listed in Windows Live Mail?
I've removed duplicates from my contact list at least three times but when I opened it again a few moments ago the contacts had again been duplicated. What have I done to cause this?

I CA'NT OPEN ONE OF MY EMAILS FROM A CERTAIN PERSON AND ITS ONLY THERE EMAILS THAT I CA'NT OPEN AND READ BCOS HOTMAIL WONT ALLOW IT???WHY IS THIS???THERE IN MY CONTACT LIST I ADDED THEM?///

FRUSTRATED,PLEASE HELP,

Where do I find the section where I can choose to add a contact or delete one in the email section.  I have searched and searched and can't find it.

Thank You,

Is their a way to apply a rule to sort email to an established folder?  I recently began corresponding with a new business contact.  The level of activity of email warranted setting up a folder and creating a rule to sort messages from this contact into the folder.  I was hoping to apply the rule to existing messages in my Inbox so that I would not have to manually seek out pre-existing messages from my new business contact.  In other words have Hotmail / Windows Live do the work.  It does not appear that I cannot; it will only work on future messages from my new business contact.  Perhaps I am missing something?  Any suggestions?
