I have one contact in particular that keeps showing up as offline on my Windows Live Messenger box even when he is online. The only way I can chat with this person is if I go to the actual web page and chat through there. We've both checked our availability
settings and they are set for 'available'. And all of our other contacts are working fine. Does anyone have any ideas?
Why am I showing up as offline to my contact when I am most definitely online? i see my contact come online and then go away again because he thinks I am not there, my status states available. and all of my settings are correct, this is upseting as this
is our main form of communication, it has happened 4 times this week already, any suggestions please?
A friend said they had all their hotmail, and live email accounts completely deleted by microsoft, with their name change over and all the emails, contact details, accounts, passwords are all gone. Could this happen to my account too? I haven't lost
anything so does this mean my account has not been affected? And what is the name changeover?
Thank you.
Thank you.
I can not delete a contact from a group - deleting removes the contact entirely - I just want to delete the contact from the goup

when I open a contact I get random numbers and letters such as this:84dfd-e935-e-ae59-006458. I've tried; uninstalling and re-installing, but that didn't appear to do much good. Does anyone know of any solutions? Or even what's causing it?
