iuse hotmail and not outlook, now they change the

page to people, i added a new contact but i want

it in my favorite folder at the top when you write

an e-mail (not in the favorites of internet explorer),

before you just add to click on the star and it

went to the favorite folder, nowi don't know how

to do it, thanks for any help.not sure about the

question below if mobile or not mobile.

how do I set up a group of multiple contacts that I can email all at once?
I am trying to set up new contact groups, but they do not appear in the category section. Having deleted my original groups, I am at a loss what to do. Any suggestions?
How come when I try to send or forward messages in hotmail, when I click on the to button my contact list won't open?
my account has been hacked and i NEED to check emails in it for employment and tax reasons.

everytime i try to reset the password, the screen you have to do it goes blank until you refresh, which then loads for about 1 second, then takes me back to the previous page.

i've had to create an alternative email just to try and get this sorted. 

i need to speak to an advisor asap to get this sorted. how can i do it?

Just switched to Outlook for Mac 2011 and am wondering how to make changes to multiple contacts for one company.  Company was acquired and now known by another name.  Can this be accomplished easily without going to each contact to make the change?

Specific individual data and information appears to be missing from the new "People" upgrade. The missing data includes addresses, phone numbers,

etc.  Prior MSN responses indicate that a return to the "Contact" data is not possible.

 

Prior to the "People" change a warning or other notice would have been appreciated. Is there another solution to recover the information?

 

I do recognize the "People" can edit and add the missing this type of data if I had it.....
