My old computer with Outlook Express died; I bought a PC with Windows 7, The techs downloaded all info from old but cannot find Outlook Express emails. How do I find and transfer to Windows Live Mail?

i can't use the attached file when sending the mail on my hotmail account. the computer is Mac. But I can attach the file in other computers.

Wondering if Microsoft security essentials is perhaps not compatible with my macbook air.
It seems as if someone has gained access to my contacts and has sent them an ad from my account. I've recently upgraded my computer and Office for Mac hit it's activation limit. To be clear, the old computer was formatted and the new computer is the only one with this copy of Office.
I attempted to activate by phone, however when I finish entering my installation ID, I am asked for 'how many computers have installed this version of office?'. When I reply, the phone system immediately hangs up.
I was told to call Office Installation and Activation Support ((800) 936-5700), but after identifying my product to be Office for Mac 2011 and that I had not activated, it returns me to the same phone-registration system.
Is there a number I can use to get in touch with someone at Microsoft?
On signing into hotmail, had error page that stated " internal server error or misconfiguration plus a log error code. Reset password twice and still same result.. Any suggestions as my wife can sign on using the same computer with her hotmail address

I recently had my account blocked so reset my password, and I can access my mail from another computer so it isnt hotmail itself thats blocking me!
