I used the Export in the Outlook into an external USB disk but it failed. The .olm files could not be Exported. Several times it went into Rebuild of Microsoft Database Utility which also did not fix the problems. It was so easy to Export the Outlook database in PC but very difficult to Import into Outlook for Mac and now impossible to Export from Outlook for Mac. I do regret getting the Outlook for Mac.

I think Microsoft Outlook for Mac should not be sold to the public until it is fixed completely.
I have been texting my kids' phones from my computer.  Then all of a sudden it stopped.  It looks like I send a text but they don't get it and I don't get theirs.

While I was AWAY for 2 days and the computer was OFF, my email account has apparently  sent 'Private Message' to everyone I've ever emailed! What can I do?

Hotmail is meant to be secure: what's going on?

I checked the time and date of one of the 'Private Messages' and it was around 9am on 12th July, in fact I was at home 2 miles away feeling ill.

The only other thing I know is that on Monday 9th July one of my best friends allegedly sent me a 'Private Message'. I couldn't open it, it was an ad for
an i-phone or something like that, which I can't afford and don't want. It asked questions I didn't understand and then it crashed. At the time I wondered
why my friend sent it, then I forgot about it. Now I know she probably didn't send it at all!
Outlook crashed and all items under My Computer in Outlook are gone.
Restored identity folder and rebuilt outlook database but these folders are still empty.
How do I get these messages back?
I recently ran a hardware test on my computer one of which was a fonts tests for 2d graphics. I Opened windows live mail after this and the folders on the left pane are blurry.

I am creating rules for my new Outlook 2011 setup. After creating 4 rules successfully, suddenly I can't choose the correct folder to "move" or "copy" messages to. When I choose "move" and select "Choose Folder," a search box comes up. But when I type in the name of the folder I want, Outlook can't find it. This happens even when I'm looking right at the folder in the navigation pane--and even if I choose a folder that I have successfully chosen for a previous rule.

I tried quitting and also restarting my computer, but neither of them fixed the problem. Any guesses? Thanks for your help!

Just bought a new computer after a storm compromised my old computer.  I had Outlook Express before, and had my e-mail transferred to the new Live Mail account.  I have followed the instructions I got from my ISP several times, and I believe I have all settings right, but I keep getting pop ups that say the Pop3 server is not responding, or error messages--usually 550, that SMTP is not working for outgoing mail.

I tried to do a live mail chat with an ISP rep., and he referred me to the written instruction link that I'd already been using.  It's been a week now, everything else is working, and I'm getting my e-mail by going on the internet, but Live Mail would be easier, and offers more options.
