Problem started today 

I can log into Hotmail but the normal look of the hotmail page has changed and seems to almost be a developmental version look. 

Accessing in box hen I click on any of the options e.g. inbox - it doesn't successfully load or give me access to the emails.

  1. Create an archive - Set up a folder on your PC’s hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then just delete them from your inbox. You’ll still have them and your inbox will be that much smaller.
  2. Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hotmail account to immediately delete junk e-mail? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
  3. Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

Is this a valid Microsoft hotmail request?
I'm getting this message when I try and send an email: "Your message wasn't sent because there's a daily message limit. But don't worry, we saved it in your Drafts folder. To increase the limit, verify your account." Then when I click on the "verify your account" link and enter my mobile number, it keeps coming up with a message saying something like we can't do this at the moment, and so the cycle continues, on and on, and I still can't send the email! Can anyone suggest what I can do to sort this out? Thanks. 
A long time ago when I signed into hotmail it offered to open me a separate linked account. I did this and now I'm receiving 100 pieces of junk mail an hour delivered to that address but going directly into my main hotmail account. I tried to unlink the account through the options menu but this account simply isn't there. However when I click on the drop down menu of my name when I'm composing an email, there the account is. I really need to remove this second linked account but I don't know how. Any help?!
Why can't I copy chat from my messenger history? I can highlight it but when I right click to copy nothing happens.
How do we keep incoming e-mails unopened until we decide whether or not we want to read it.  Each new e-mail is automatically displayed upon arrival,  or when clicked on, or even when moved.  What about security on an infected e-mail which opens whether we want to read it or not.  Have I missed some programming here?
I accidentally clicked on "my friend has been hacked" but I didn't mean to click on that...so now is their e-mail accounbt going to get shut down? Because I didn't mean to click on that ESPECIALLY because it is a business (my lawyers office) and they are not going to be happy if they lose their e-mail account or if they get locked out of it! I had replied to 3 e-mails from them as I was in the hospital and it is VERY important that the office be able to retrieve them first thing Monday morning. Is there ANY way I can un-do what I clicked on? PLEASE HELP!!!!
hi there    on my favorites bar i have my hotmail icon i  could click on to open myhotmail now when i click on i get windows explorer cannot display this page any answers guys
Right now, in order to copy, cut, and paste text, I have to right click and then click on the word copy, or cut, and then right click and click on the word "paste" in order to paste the text.   I would like to be able to highlight the text, click on a "copy" or "cut" command (shortcuts) on the email toolbar, and then a click on a "paste" command (shortcut) on the email toolbar in order to copy or cut and paste.

My question is, how can I place these commands (or shortcuts) on the email toolbar.  They were there at one time, but no longer exist.
