I Can not close my hotmail account!

I am trying to close my hotmail account and I can not when I get to that step to close it tells me to deactivate and check my billing services and when I do it then says I have no billing services. I would like to close ASAP please . My account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I have recently transferred my Xbox Live Gamertag from Windows LIVE account A to Windows LIVE account B.

I want to delete account A, but receive this error message:

You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.

I tried to access the Billing section, but receive this error:

This Windows Live ID does not currently have a billing relationship with Microsoft.

Any help on how to close my account will be greatly appreciated.

I tried to renew my account online but cannot access my account. I tried to renew over the phone but after several times of waiting over an hour, I gave up trying.

Keep getting emails to verify/update cc info so they can charge my hotmail annual fee. I have updated info but keep receiving.

I keep getting emails that account my be closed as credit card information they have

is not going through. I have updated credit card info in billing support but keep

getting the emails. Billing support shows new credit card info I provided as good.
