I received notice to update credit card info but they wont let me for 30 days
I've been trying to register my child's microsoft account for 3 days. Every time it asks for me to sign in and verify my age, and I enter my credit card info and click ok. Then, this error pops up: "There's a temporary problem
with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." I've tried again later countless times and talked to 4 microsoft support agents but none have helped. I tried changing web browsers, changing my account security, and
entering different credit cards to no success. How do I get past this issue?

I'm trying to change my credit card info as the old card expired. When I try to change the cc #, I get this message:

and I am unable to get through to customer service. Is there a telephone # for Hong Kong?

I am unable to update my Hotmail credit info and renew my subscription. The info page won't accept any year past 2013!! I have been trying for a week; no customer service phone #. About to cancel if no response, after 15 years of being a hotmail customer.
I cannot log into my child's account which is connected to me through Family Safety. The page says that the account needs to verify through an adult, I go through multiple pages, log into my own account, submit my credit card info and then get the message
"We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later". I get this on multiple computers/browsers. I AM UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT other than on Surface RT where this account is embedded
