Can anyone help I seem to have hit a perfect storm. Just as my Skydrive storage came up for renewal my bank discovered attempted fraud on my credit card cancelled my existing credit cards and issued me with new cards. As a result my renewal charge failed. I received an email from Microsoft informing me and asking me to provide valid card details. I attempted to do this but I have just changed employer and used my old work email for my account security. I have to change email this now, which I can do but as a security measure Microsoft will not let change this email until the middle of next month. As a result I cannot change my credit card details. This date is long after my Skydrive renewal charge is due. Is there anyway that I can ensure I do not lose data on my Skydrive until this is resolved? There seems to be no way to contact Microsoft directly to resolve this.

This seems to be a very prevalent problem, but I am unable to verify the age on my account.  I have setup accounts for both of my kids, but I can only get as far as choosing a credit card to verify my age, but the process fails.  I have tried multiple credit cards, different laptops, different browsers, etc.

I have even had the kid's account request access from the parent via email, this process fails too.  I have also faxed a copy of my DL along with the requested information to 425-936-7329 over 2 weeks ago without a response.  Please help.

I am getting an increasing amount of spam/junk email. It covers such things as Credit Cards, PPI, Casino etc but the email address of the senders is the subject, and there is no subject title included. When I click on the senders email address I see really strange addresses. I block all of these mails but it is no good as more still arrive with the same email address ie PPI Refunds but a very different domain. The filter to set up a rule requires an  email address which I cannot give, and there is nothing in the incoming mails in the subject box, so filtering by word(s) is not possible. The emails don't contain attachments. What is required is a filter to search the message itself.

Many seem to emanate from a company Gartner Digital Communications PO Box 96503 42091 Washington DC and they contain an unsubscribe link. Searching via Bing there is a legit company in the US with the same name but I can hardly believe they send out such a raft of junk.

How best should I deal with these as they are getting worse and the filters are not dealing with them?
I'm trying to do the age verification for my grandsons account   I have tried it for all day today with 2 different credit cards a Master card and a Visa and keep getting the error,  Unable to complete your request Is there another way to verify my age so he can use his account or do you know how long this is not going to work? I have tried it on 2 different computers, with the same error. Looking through the forums it looks like this is a common problem, and that has been going on for awhile. I would just delete it out if he hadn't been using it before I  noticed the age was wrong and fixing that caused all this aggravation. I may wind up deleting it out any way and redoing it with out the age verification now that I know about it causing all these problems.
