i have had my hotmail accuont hacked and the password has been changed. I have tried to reset the password but i cannot remember my security question and the email address it provides as an alternative to send the reset password link to is so old i have no idea what the password is.
Also, the questionnaire it provides as another alternative is no good as i do not remember previous passwords for this account, nor recent emails that have been sent to it,
How can i get in to my account to change the password?

I've been trying for 2 weeks to get into my e mail account.
Apparently someone tried to hack into the account or I have breached the terms and conditions - I'm not sure.
The alternative e mail I had registered with microsoft is obsolete and the form they provide will not allow me to put in the current e mail that I am using.
I have supplied all the details asked for by microsoft but they will not send me a code for password recovery through the current e mail or through my phone.
What do I have to do to get access tyo my account? I'm beyond desperate at this stage.

I did fill out the required information with an alternative e-mail & did recived the e-mail with a link of my personal account, but when I double click it triggers the Pasword Reset of the alternative e-mail, NOT mine??
What else can be done?? someone have link for a live CHAT help & support please . . .mnay years of my hotmail account need ot be recovered Urgently.
