Question about Outlook Express

I'm wondering if someone can help me with my SkyDrive account as it has blocked on me , it comes up as to contact support that I'll have a 48 hour te frame to delete a photo that is not within terms of having SkyDrive , I only noticed this today as I haven uses my phone been on holidays tried to bring photos to SkyDrive and this its temporarily blocked someone please help me , I use SkyDrive as regularly change phones due to work and its important to me please and thanks .

In my Windows Live Mail,  about 50% of my incoming mails  are tagged as SPAM.  This begun and continues over the past months,. How  can I eliminate the spam tagging?

I have 2 hotmail accounts, 1 created over 17 years ago and the other about 11 years ago.  I do NOT remember my security question from so long ago.  The address from 11 years ago is now totally blocked and I use it for EVERYTHING! The address from 17 years ago will only be good for 3 more days before it is blocked for verification for an entire month! I badly need back into my main hotmail account: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I have gone through the verification cycle many times, all of the "security info page", "use a different verification option" and "I don't have these any more" options that you guys have suggested to other users that have posted the same issue and I am apparently not providing it with enough information to open it back up.

Please respond to my open email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** within 3 days before this one is blocked also.
