what is the keyboard shortcut for spell check when composing mail in Outlook
I have tried to stop this large file with no luck. It seems to be sitting there with nothing happening. Any suggestion on how to stop and delete this file would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I keep getting error messages when I use the "convert to .vcf" export options on my Windows computer at work. So I dragged and dropped all of my contacts onto a usb flash drive. They come up as a .msg file. And my Mac OUTLOOK can't open them to import
them.
How do I convert from my Windows Outlook Contact .msg files to a .pst file so that I can keep the contacts formatting and associated pictures and such?
I am set up with and IMAP account, so all my Macs are synced.

I have synchronize issue with my outlook 2011 (for MAC) all appointment’s in my calendar is not synchronizing 100% , in windows based machine all appointments \ task are perfect , I tried to reconfigure mailbox however issue is the same , any advice?

i've made an e-mail signature in the new Outlook Office 2011 for Mac, consisting of a text and an image underneath.
So far everything is normal.
But when I send the email, the recipient will see twice the image in the mail. When i'm writing the email, the signature with the image is visible but only once.
What is wrong?

Please Help!!! For weeks now every 10 to 15 min my outlook freezes for several minutes and I get this error:
An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic.
We are on an exchange server. I can't even compose an email without it freezing -- I have to use text edit and then randomly wait for a time when the software is not frozen to send.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!! I'M GOING INSANE!!
