when i go to 'New Folder' the name box only opens for a second so I dont have time to name it correctly. Rename Folder does the same thing - any thoughts??
I created a new mail identity as a test, because the Main one was giving me trouble. I got the test one running fine, so I'd like to stick with it, but I want to see if there's a way to move the cached email addresses to the new identity. (when you start
typing an email address, and it automatically populates recent addresses). I'm trying to find info on this, but the internet hasn't been helping much. Is this a .olk file?
Unable to see emails in inbox on my mac. Can see on PC, but unable to see on mac and if shown in inbox on mac, will disappear after a while. Before downloading Outlook 2011 for mac was using Entourage which worked fine. Only sent mail show on both pc

Calling all Mac users, i need help! This question is about OUTLOOK.COM
My outlook.com account has deleted all my emails (dating back to 2010) and deletes any new ones coming into my inbox as a consequence of this, my Mac Mail has been affected also
This has been going on since 20/4/13, my inbox continues to be depressingly empty...luckily outlook still forwardis emails to a gmail account so even if they dont show up on outlook i do get them via gmail, however Outlook.com has also stopped forwarding to my Mac Mail account.
Regarding Mac Mail: there are no rules engaged, i checked, and i also have been regularly checking trash/ deleted folder, but only old, legitimately deleted messages are there, there is no trace of my original inbox contents, not anything since the original crash on the 20th, Also tied recovering trash in case they had been there even briefly but no joy. I reinstalled my hotmail account into Mac Mail but no joy there either, its not accessing anything, i sent test emails from gmail to my hotmail and they did not appear in outlook or Mac Mail. At the moment my outlook/hotmail account lets me send emails but will not recieve them, they just dont show up.
any ideas?
Regarding my Outlook.com account - because i pay for my account i have a massive storage limit, i had used only a fraction of that, so superceeding storage limits is not an issue
I regularly update my browser it is currently Firefox 20.0 which is (i think) up to date
Regarding sending limits...this is not a possible cause, i was only reading emails when the whole thing started to crash.
My OS is OSX 10.8.3 and my browser is Firefox 20.0
Any help would be much MUCH appreciated,

I would love to use outlook.com for my iPhone and on my imac as well on my windos 8 laptop. However it seems i'm not able to sync outlook for mac 2011 with outlook.com. Both are products from Microsoft itself and now it seems then can't make them work
together?? Anyone can help me out so I can use outlook for mac 2011 with the new outlook.com in a sync fashion. Only mail seems to have some functionality but I can't sync calendar or contacts. So apart from mac software users Microsoft even neglected their
own customers who are using their own products.
The least you may expect is that they give fulle functionality to their own products.
Who can help me out here?
When will Microsoft offer support for Outlook.com users who use Microsoft Office for Mac 2011.
Currently they only offer Mail via POP, which is useless in today's world where we are using multiple devices to access email, such as mobile phones and tablets.

It totally disables the use of the program each time it pops up.
Have had a Mac and Office programs for years and can get around most things. Not being a techie I am stomped on this one!

Having trouble in moving my mails from apple mail to outlook 2011 for mac.
Gone through a lot of forums and forum sites but none provided the right solution.
Tried the the IMAP procedure but it takes long time. Don't have that much time to waste.
Have got around 10000 mails and outlook impoet fundtion doesn't seem to work.
Need solutions that can quickly solve this problem of mine.
