Hallo,

I aim using Outlook 2011 for Mac. I have a problem with printing a list of all my contactpersons.

Not as an individual but a telefone list.

I can select this but I do not see all the fields, only two: name and tel.number, what I will do.

Is there anybody who has the same problem or anybody who can help me.

Sorry for my English, I am Dutch.

Is there a possibility to change the color of a folder as it was possible in former Entourage for Mac by assigning a category?

If not - is there any other option to change the color of a folder?

Outlook 2011 for Mac not downloading spam…

Just purchased a new mac. Purchased Office 2011 w/Outlook for Mac. Followed the automatic hotmail install instructions. Regular email is downloading fine. I can send and receive without a problem.

The problem is that email that is going into the Outlook (online) spam folder is not being downloaded to the Outlook on the Mac. Have any of you guys heard of this problem or seen a solution anywhere?

Undeliverable mail when using Outlook

Using Outlook on the Mac for years now, but within the last three to four weeks starting to get mail that is returned as undeliverable, with all sorts of different reasons.

I can send mail from my web based systems using the same accounts and it all works fine.

Is this an Outlook issue???

Anyone any suggestions please?

I have a hotmail account which I link to Outlook for Mac and, from time-to-time, I get a repeat download of all my e-mails from the server. How do I stop this?

who know how to push outlook 2011 work correctly with Lotus Notes/Domino server?

Or the only way is to use Exchange Web Services (EWS).

I am gonna crazy with Lotus Notes and need to run Outlook 2011 with my Mac. OS X 10.8.3

Hello;

I install Outlook Mac 2011 and got the update from the Office 365 site. After that my Windows Outlook .pst file was imported. That worked and brought in emails and contacts from the old system. However, after a week or two there Outlook mac did not show any of the imported contacts. The .pst file was imported again but this time all the contacts went missing after just a day.

Why does this happen? Any help is appreciated.

i m using Mac office 2011 on Mac OS X Mountain lion , version 14.3.2, Configured POP account, all of sudden unable to receive email ,where as can send email . tried to reconfigure email and able to receive emails available on main server up to 999 but after this following Error appear'' Connection to the server failed or was dropped.'' Error Code 17895. Please help , i am in deep in trouble

Error trying to export email from Outlook for MAC 2011 to install on new Macbook

I am updating from Macbook pro to new Macbook pro and want to export all MSOutlook for Mac 2011 emails to the new computer running same MS Outlook for MAC. When I use export function it takes an age to complete and when I import to new machine I don't get any emails.

The Log gives the following "Error writing attachment to archive "/Users/XYZABC/Desktop/Outlook for Mac Archive.olm".."

Is there any fix for this or any other way I can back up the emails and transfer them across?
