In Outlook 2011 I find that some large attachments in email , eg 3 or 4 MB , will not download in my Exchange email account. In all the other POP or webmail account within outlook there is no problem.
Outlook 2011 for Mac; e-mail Address book, is there one? It doesn't show in the ribbon and I can't find it in the menu.
There is an address button in the ribbon of Outlook 2003-2007. Has the e-mail address book been discarded in 2011, since there is a Contacts program that always seemed redundant?

And there is a host of folders that I can't figure out why so many. I set up an IMAP e-mail account (used POP before) and it has installed most of the folders.
Why are there two Deleted items folders, another Deleted Items folder under a "backup PST" folder, a folder called Junk, another called Trash, and another folder called Junk E-mail?
How do I arrange the folders I've created [in my account] on the side bar so that they list alphabetically without the drafts/sent/trash folders mixed in with my folder titles?  I can't move the folder order around by dragging and dropping I and can't figure out how to organize them so that my subjects are alphabetized contiguously. I would like the drafts/sent/trash folders to be grouped either before or after but not in between the titles my folders.
3 steps- making the mailing list using contacts, preparing an e mail with 2 separate attachments and then sending that INDIVIDUALLY to those on the list

My 'in box' for Outlook 2011 loses my e-mails after 5-6 days; everything after disappears. What is the problem?

My outlook is crashing every minute or two, constantly.  I have looked up other answers on the forum and have tried to do those things like removing the preferences files, but they error continues.  Now I can't even send mail out.

I have office for mac 2011, run outlook 2011 as my e-mail client. Since few days outlook doesn't seem to run as fast as it used to be in earlier days. I did re-install the office thrice but the results are the same. So i decided to switch to Apple mail, that works great, but the problem is i want to move all my e-mails to apple mail and also my contacts and calender to address book and ical. I have a whole lot of mails to be transferred.

Your helpful suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks for help.
I'm trying to customize my email with stationery.  When Outlook is open, I search the help facility and it suggests to select stationery in the "New Message Window".  There is no such animal.  Can stationery be customized in 2011 for Mac?
