I have copied the script for editing an email subject into the appropriate Microsoft user data. However, How do I use it now? And how do I create a shortcut for it. The instructions in this link do not make sense to me. http://www.officeformachelp.com/2008/07/using_applescripts_with_entourage/
When typing a mail I am unable to attach files or pictures. Why is that?
thanks for your reply.
I have a MacBook OS X version 10.5.8 and Safari 5.0.6
I work for a German company and many of the emails are half German and half English. I do not speak German. Is there a function that could translate automatically?
Thanks!
Michelle
I have created a group in Outlook for a mailing to a class reunion. I would like to mail this list to other members of the Committee so that they can review it for completeness and accuracy before we make send the invitation mailing. How can I do this?
Lately I've been having this problem where the subfolders and subfolder arrows disappear in the navigation pane and the only way I can get it back is to restart Outlook. I just moved to Mountain Lion and never had this problem before.
BUT after the upgrade, I also lost some emails. I'm starting to wonder if I can trust Outlook. I have a large database of emails.

Good morning, everyone,
My Microsoft Outlook (Mac) has started to inform me that "Mail could not be received at this time." The rest of the message runs thus:
"The server for account Gmail returned the error '[ALERT] Too many simultaneous connections [Failure]" Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password? NO YES
I try to re-enter, but the message keeps returning ad nauseam. Same happens if I click NO.
I should add that I have another email account operating simultaneously. But it's been like that for years, and no problem until the past week or so.
Can anybody help? Please
Pat
If I buy Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Student 2011, I want
to be sure that I can add on Outlook for Mac at a later date, if necessary.
Thanks a lot.
In Outlook, I cannot delete one contact (of 838). For that one stubborn contact, the "Delete" option is grey. No matter if I change the contact name or email, that single contact refuses to be deleted. It appears to be affecting the "Reply-to" address
in one of my email accounts.
In the DB, the contact is in a folder by itself:
Contacts > 0T > 0B > 0M > 0K.
All the other 837 contacts are in:
Contacts > 0T > 0B > 0M > 16K.
Contacts > 0T > 0B > 0M > 17K.
The undeletable contact filename is x01_6.olk14Contact
All the other 837 contacts have filenames with five digits after "x01_" (e.g., x01_16284.olk14Contact).
I have tried manually removing the item from the database and have tried changing the filename. Doing either of these prompts a database rebuild, which then recreates that contact.
I spent time on the phone with a nice fellow from Office tech support, who tried numerous fixes, none of which worked. He finally escalated my call, and his superior admitted they had never come across this problem.
Two things I have not tried (nor were they suggested by support): Create a new Outlook Identity, or reinstall Office.
Advice appreciated.
Hello Everyone
I need a solution to convert my mac outlook 2011 (.olm) email files to windows outlook (.pst). I have office 2007.
Please don't suggest anything related to imap accounts because i have loads of mails to be transferred in different folders. Transferring through imap disturbs all the hierarchy of the folders. I have tried this method and not at all support of this.
Please suggest some other alternative methods that are fast, reliable and most importantly preserve my folder hierarchy.
I am sure i will be getting some effective solutions here.
Thanks for help.
