How can I import E-mails, contacts, calender from Entourage into Outlook? Entourage exports are xy.reg!
1) Outlook continuously tries to sync and has increased my network traffic 5 or 6 times the previous activity. In Outlook error box (yellow triangle at bottom right corner) this message continuously loops: Could not synchronize record: Inbox to Exchange
server: IBC Office 365. A folder with the specified name already exists. Error code -19917 Could not synchronize record: Contacts to Exchange server: IBC Office 365. A folder with the specified name already exists. Error code -19917 Could not synchronize record:
Calendar to Exchange server: IBC Office 365 A folder with the specified name already exists. Error code -19917. THe list of errors is about 15 and once it goes through the list it starts over, repeating over and over in an endless loop.
2) I have looked at library folders. The calendar sync cache file is more than 2 gigabytes. That seems too large.
3) I have performed a database rebuild. It did not help the problem.
5) I have removed folders out from underneath the Inbox folder. It did not help the problem.
6) I have been discovering that many emails did not convert to my new Office 365 account.
7) The Office 365 technical support team are slow, they are undertrained and they constantly stall for time.
It has occurred on 3 different MBP retinas, running OSX 10.8 and office version 14.2.3
How do i convert the email files from outlook 2011 (mac book pro) to outlook 2007 (windows).
I have several email folders in which I have approximately 6000 emails and I need to transfer them to outlook 2011.

This has happening the last 2 weeks: I open an new message, start to write it and then I cannot do anything anymore in Outlook. It gets in a loop where I cannot finish writing nor access any Outlook commands (the cursor stays "rainbow running"). I must
then restart the computer and when I open Outlook again, it says it has saved a draft of my message. All very time consuming and no work done...
Any idea of how I can fix the problem?

do someone know if in Outlook 2011 (Mac 10.8.4) is there possibility to change the default color scheme and views ? I try to explain.
This is what I see from my main Outlook
So I have the following problems:
- it's too bright ..and I cannot easily recognize the mail not opened yet. I remind in O2007 that ..the unread email was in BOLD ..was easier to see them
- I use the category for classify the contacts ..but I don't want that the mail from my contacts are so colorful ..it's make my eyes crazy

I'm planning to buy a new Mac Book Air. I would be using both OS X and Windows 8 using boot camp. I currently own an OFFICE 2010 (windows) and plan to buy OFFICE 2011 (mac). I want to know if I can use the same PST file for both outlooks? I want to be
able to open either operating system and use MICROSOFT OUTLOOK from the same PST file. My idea is to be able to check emails and reply and at the same time read old emails using any operating system.
For no apparent reason my outlook e mail is now totally blank including all account info.
Can I retrieve this information somehow.

I am new of Mac but very old user of Office/Windows ...
I have installed O2011 thanks to my office365 subscription in my new Mac OSx 10.8.4.
Before I had my Exchange calendar sync with Icloud with Ipad/Iphone and I had also 3 calendars in Icloud.
In outlook 365 for windows, thanks to the app Icloud installed in my Win7 I had possibility to get all the calendars set in my Outlook Calendar.
Actually I have this situation:
- Outlook Calendar with only the Exchange Calendar
- Icalendar application with only the Icloud calendars.
Of course I have installed and set Icloud on Mac ..but not in Outlook 2011 (because I don't know if need and I don't know how).
Sorry for my english ..I am trying to explain. Hope that some of you can makes me good question in order to better understand my problem :)

Outlook keeps re-downloading all my messages from hotmail, which takes hours and duplicates all the messages. how can I stop this from happening again?
