I use Outlook 2011 to access my Office365 account. I purchased a new Mac and setup the 365 account using Outlook 2011 without issue. Is there a simple option to copy or move my local Outlook 2011 archive from the old mac to the new one? The archive
has many different folders where my mail is sorted and organized. Dragging each email or folder to the desktop to create a .mbox file to import onto the new Mac would take forever. Isn't there any way to just copy a directory or data file over to the new
Mac-Outlook account? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, JT
I keep getting this error but i've checked and these are the details I use to sign in to my Virgin Media account directly: please help
The server for account "Virginmedia" returned the error "Invalid credentials a48if487168eem.268." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?
Is is a bug or I am doing something wrong?
"View" --> "Custom Toolbar..." --> "use small size", that does not seem to stay on when checked.
Thanks in advance.
HI,

Thanks,

I use a MacBook Pro running OS 10.8.4 and Outlook for Mac 2011 v. 14.3.5. I have purchased ECA Certificates and imported into KeyChain Access; however, when I attempt to set up my email account to digitally sign or encrypt, the certificates don't show
up. is there anyway to resolve this?
I used to print my weekly calendar from a dell, and it had an option for 'weekly agenda' style print. I can't find an option for that on my mac version of outlook, is there any way to create it? or maybe is it there and I'm just not seeing it? Thanks
I can't seem to create a new folder in Outlook. Whever I choose the command to create a folder it always creates it as a sub-folder of the category my cursor was last on. I couldn't find anything in the Help function on this. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
Brian
Currently I work for a business that has multiple company domains that we need to send from without acknowledging the other.
However when I pick up my mail it all comes through 1 main exchange account so for example:
I connect to exchange using *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
However I am picking up email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** & *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
When I see an email that is sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I click reply it inputs the from address in the message as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - and by put I mean it quotes.
I've tested the same scenario on a windows outlook installation and it doesn't do this.
Any ideas what settings I'm missing on outlook that will stop it referencing the wrong account?
