With Vista OS in Outlook with Acrobat Pro I could save an email as a PDF and append other related emails to that same file, is this possible with Office 2011 for Mac and Acrobat Distiller or Acrobat Pro X? Please elaborate how.

When I started my computer today, Office for Mac 2011 requested permission to install an update (to version 14.3.6). Ever since, my Outlook folder is in a constant sync mode. I cannot move an email to filing folder. I cannot rename a folder. Because it
is continuously indicating that it is syncing, it reverts to its previous state when I try to change something. My only work-around is to take work offline and then re-establish a server connection every once in a while for an send/receive.
We have 8 accounts using the same server, all set up as pop3 in Office for Mac 2011. When we try to 'send & receive all', 4 of the accounts fail and give the error code 17895 saying 'Connection to the server failed or was dropped.' and 'Could not retrieve
mail' (different accounts fail at different times). However when we try send & receive any account individually all of them succeed. Can anyone offer a suggestion?

We recently switched from Windows Outlook, and everything worked fine there and still does. We also tried with different internet connections, did not work. No anti-virus software is being used.
Outlook looses track of my Gmail Passwords and the Main Identity often needs to be rebuilt. Why is this and what can I do to prevent this from happening.

My MacBook Pro is running OS X 10.8.4 (Mountain Lion) with software up to date and Outlook 2011 with software up to date.
My laptop locked up when I plugged in a ethernet cable connected to a Thunderbolt adapter and port while already connected to a wifi network, so I had to press the Power button and force the laptop off and on. I had to Rebuild the Outlook database and
pressed the Option key thinking that this would rebuild the profile, too. But my Outlook calendar became corrupted. I have looked at my calendar via OWA and it is fine, so my account in Exchange 2007 is OK. So, how do I reconstruct Outlook from Exchange because
it looks fine there?
Does anyone know if there's a way to automatically highlight an email that I am only BCCed on?
