Hello Everyone,
Is there any possible way to open Mac Office 2011 files in Windows Office 2007?
I am generally concerned about the outlook data.
Or is there a way available to open outlook 2011 files in outlook 2007?
All advices are welcomed
Thankyou
How can I A) disable hyperlinks by default in emails I'm sending, and B) turn hyperlinks in emails I receive into plain text?
Outlook 2011 (Office 2011) will not start up.
Tries without success. Any suggestions.
I followed the settings in this link: Set up an email app with Outlook.com
which are:
Incoming (IMAP) Server
Server address: imap-mail.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encrypted Connection: SSL
Outgoing (SMTP) Server
Server address: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Port: 25 (or 587 if 25 is blocked)
Authentication: Yes
Encrypted Connection: TLS
User name: Your email address
Password: Your password
But I'm getting an error from Outlook 2011 for Mac application. Which is:
Error:
OK Outlook.com IMAP4rev1 server version 17.2.0.0 ready (BLU451-IMAP82)

I have several Mac systems around my house and would like to be able to have my Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities stored on my NAS. So all systems show the same email, contacts, etc.
Any ideas on how to do this? I looked in the Preferences under Outlook but see nothing about setting up the data storage for the identities files.
Thanks in advance
Mike
I just had Outlook 2011 installed on my Mac, but I'm not able to find directions for how to create an signature tag (containing my name, title, contact info) that will automatically appear at the end of every email I send out.
It was easily available in the previous version of outlook which may have been 2007 on this computer but that has not been
Any suggestions on where to find this information?
Thanks for your help!
I am seeking a method to transfer all the items in apple mail including all the sub-folders, sent history and mails with the attachments in them to Microsoft Outlook 2011.
Is there a method of doing this...???
Is there a method of doing this...???
Greetings All,
Outlook 2011 v 14.3.7
Exchange 2010 Version: 14.03.0146.000
I have two laptops (both running OS 10.8.4), both running Outlook (version above), both with my user account.
Laptop 1 - Outlook runs fine, syncs with no errors, can send/receive, etc.
Laptop 2 - is new. Installed Office with all updates (version above). Added my Exchange account (using same settings as laptop 1). After a few minutes of syncing data from Exchange, I begin to get hundreds of errors relating to 'exceeding message size',
can't find item on server, etc. Most importantly, these errors are DISMOUNTING my databases on the Exchange server which is a no no. All users than can't access email. Once I quit my Outlook client, server is fine and well.
I tried rebuilding my user database on the laptop. Same result.
I tried deleting and re-adding my account. Same result.
I ran a detect and repair errors on my user account. Same result.
Desktop 3 - Also, I am running Outlook 2010 for PC with my user account, with no issues.
So considering Laptop 1 and Desktop 3 run fine, I know my user account (server side) is fine. It's Laptop 2, something on it is causing this wonky sync.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance,
Andy
