I am a delegate for my company email.  I would like to set up outlook so that anything that gets sent from the company email automatically CCs itself so that we are all kep up to date with all the email.  Does anyone know how to do this?
ISSUE: Cannot dismiss reminders in the Office Reminders application. Items repopulate upon opening Reminders app again.

STEPS ATTEMPTED:
1) Tried deleting existing calendar appointment - original calendar appointment no longer exists in user calendar
2) Tried new identity - does not work
3) Tried dismissing items individually - does not work
4) Checked OWA for the calendar appts - none available
5) Checked sync services - disabled

CONFIGURATION:

OSX 10.8.5 running Office 2011 14.3.7, connected to an Exchange 2010 server (recently upgraded from 2007, seems like this became more of an issue for us when that move happened)


I'm at a loss everyone and the info I've seen around has been unhelpful so far. Multiple users in our org are plagued by this problem. Any thoughts?

Is it possible to import/export a file for the signatures ? Like we do for Windows, just a file to copy/paste on the right folder under ../user/roaming/microsoft/signatures.

I have put together a group of 340+ email addresses in a group, so of which were pulled from my contact database and some that were entered directly into contact group.

When I go to send, it get an error that pops up that "One or more recipients are invalid".  I have gone through the list and found the @ symbol on each address and the extension is right on all addresses.

The message gets put into my Drafts" folder and does not send to anyone on the list, even the CC'ed addresses, one of which is my own.

How would one figure out which address(s) are causing the problem?

Hi, i am having a problem with my work email, one of the folder keep syncing on my Mac outlook 2011, it will never stop and make my Mac keep running very hot until i quit the program. is someone there got the same problem? In the progress bar, it keep saying download attachment for that folder and it keep checking and downloading, loop over and over. Pls help, thanks in advance.

My MAC Book Pro (OSX) suddenly stopped being able to print emails (Outlook for MAC 2011) – I would appreciate if you can help me restore this function – though I don't have the technical ability to manage complex changes. Nothing happens when I do file>print – or press the printer icon top left of page between save and cut icons. I can however print attachments & I can print as usual from Word, so connectivity between laptop and printer is fine.

I don't have the ‘3 dots’ available as mentioned in another solution.

I’m hoping I've just accidentally turned something off  . .

Apparently once Microsoft sells you a product they have no additional intentions of giving you any help other than leaving it to the "community". Countless searches and research is not helping. This is so frustrating.

I purchased Office 365 Pro Plus which includes Office 2011 for Mac and while other programs like Word, Excel work, I cannot get Outlook to activate. I can't use the product key option because I never received one, and I can't seem to be able to log in using Office 365 account.
I went to the Office 365 set up under license and looks like there was an area to assign the Office 365 Pro Plus license. I did that but didn't help either.

Can someone help please!!!! I've been working on this for four days an still can't find any help.

Contacts in Outlook Web Access used to give you the option of dragging recipients from a folder containing contacts synchronized from Outlook 2011 to the Exchange (Office 365) server. This worked in Sarfari and other browsers. Now there appears to be no way to create a contact in OWA (Office 365) in browsers other than Microsoft Internet Explorer except to type or paste a name or part of a name and either add the address manually, or find an individual match for one name in the cloud address list. Is there any way to add multiple recipients to groups in OWA for Office 365 if you aren't using Microsoft Internet Explorer to display OWA?
Whenever I deleted an e-mail in my Inbox, using IMAP resource by Outlook for Mac, that e-mail keeps reproducing itself indefinitely in the Deleted Items' area.  It only stops if its deleted for good. How can I solve this problem?
