Office 2011 for Mac 14.3.9.  POP server (Go Daddy hosts).  OSX 10.9

For some reason, in the past week, it keeps re-loading the thousands of emails that I have already read.  I checked with my email service and went through some tests; they said it was an Outlook issue.  I rebuilt the database to no avail.  In Prefs>Reading, I have always had checked "Mark Mail as Read"--Never and had not had a problem until now.  Otherwise, the accounts that I have set up seem to work just fine.

I searched here and could not find an answer.

Please help!

Thanks.
Hi, I have Outlook for Mac 2011 and I can't find where to change this setting.
Currently when I open an email and I delete it Outlook moves me to the email prior to that in time.
I would like to start at the bottom (i.e. the mail I received earliest in the day) and work up the list so that after I delete an email it takes me to the next one in time.

thanks
Ciaran
Hi,
Someone ask me how to fix the maximum number of characters by line on a new message? But I don't know how and if it is possible.

Example, theorically these lines below are fixed at 9 characters:

123456789
123456789

He wants to reduce the number of character before an automatic "Enter key"

I don't know if i'm clear, lol

Thanks

Only headers print.  HTML mail.

Also seems to return to printing in landscape mode no matter what.

Cannot copy and print.
I had an Applescript that was working with 14.3.8 but now is not working anymore that I am on 14.3.9:

tell application "Microsoft Outlook"

-- Get the primary Exchange account

repeat with thisAccount in exchange account

if exchange type of thisAccount is primary account then

set v_PrimaryAccount to thisAccount

exit repeat

end if

end repeat

end tell

Now it is complaining it was expecting a class for "exchange" on the repeat statement, but "exchange account" is a class from Microsoft Outlook. Again, this was working fine before with 14.3.8.

Thanks.
Hi there

Hello,

How can i sync. my maps in Outlook 2011 that i have on my Mac on to my macbook pro?

Thanks so far,

Hello, I have a problem with my new Mac. I am trying to configure my exchange mailbox on my Mac but I keep getting the same error.

This is what I have done:

- configured Apple Mail to our exchange server settings (this works; the email, calender etc is retrieved)

- access the OWA via the internal .local domain and the external URL (this works)

- tried to use the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer and using our OWA url this all works fine (I cant test the .local url since this is an internal domain)

- configure the server address (the .local domain) in outlook and this doesnt work. I keep getting the -18597 error.

- I have turned on outlook error logging and this displays a 403 error

We use exchange 2010 SP3 and Mac office 2011.

I find it very strange that OWA works, Apple mail works but outlook doesnt

I have read many posts before on using a different NTP time server and changing the computer name of my Mac but this didnt work.

Anyone any idea?

Thanks, Bart

Hello,

Is there a fix so that e-mails that come in, always show all their attachments, instead of just the first file and "X more"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sean

We have an issue where delegates are still receiving invites for mailboxes they are no longer delegates for. Having checked in Powershell for 365, the delegates are not showing as having calendar permissions. Locally on the Mac 2011 client the delegates are also not showing. Added to this, the removed delegate who shouldn't be receiving emails receives an invite but is unable to accept / decline.

I have a call logged with Microsoft but am interested to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue.

Thanks.
