Office 2011 for Mac 14.3.9.  POP server (Go Daddy hosts).  OSX 10.9

For some reason, in the past week, it keeps re-loading the thousands of emails that I have already read.  I checked with my email service and went through some tests; they said it was an Outlook issue.  I rebuilt the database to no avail.  In Prefs>Reading, I have always had checked "Mark Mail as Read"--Never and had not had a problem until now.  Otherwise, the accounts that I have set up seem to work just fine.

I searched here and could not find an answer.

Please help!

Thanks.

I uninstalled my Go-Daddy email account. I went into tools accounts and deleted the address.  I share data with a group and changed my email address in my group send. Part of confirmation and for filing purposes includes my email address in the send.

Since uninstalling Go-Daddy I don't get the Group email messages I send to my email account. The others in the group get my messages.

Instead of the email I get an error message:

-----The following address had permanent fatal errors----

The message referenceecs the cancelled Go-Daddy account

(reason: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.)

In the Transcript

while talking to smtp.secureserver.net   (This is Go-Daddy's server)

I can find no settings that reference this server. I have talked to Go-Daddy and they say the account is closed talk to Microsoft.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Thank You

I have MS Outlook MAC 2011 V 14.2.5.  I have 3 email accounts set up in Outlook - 1 Gmail and the other 2 Go Daddy.  I recently set up my accounts via Outlook.  The gmail account works fine, but the 2 Go Daddy accounts do not.  I am able to receive emails, but not send them.  Emails get stuck in my outbox and return a response "Authentication failed - user name and password or security settings incorrect".  I tried troubleshooting it through Go Daddy and I am told my settings are correct.  They are claiming everything is fine on both my and their end.  I also set up the accounts on my iPhone and all 3 work perfectly.  And, I tried deleting the accounts, shutting down/rebooting my computer and re-establishing the accounts.  Still the same issue. Can you help?
