I have used WLM for sometime now.

I have 3 accounts - All talk talk

I've had problems over the last 4 weeks, Where every email I send from either of the accounts gets to the recipient but it states SUSPECTED SPAM before the email subject.

Any suggestions? It was fine up until about a month ago when i was alerted my emails are going in peoples junk folders.

Thanks.
Hello.

I have several Outlook 2011 users who sometimes send emails that show up with no body content.  It does not always happen so it is very difficult to figure out. This started happening about a month ago, at least that's when these users started reporting it.  Outlook 2011 is at the latest version (no updates available).

Environment:
Windows 2003 SP2 64 Bit
Exchange 2007 with SP3 Roll Up 12.
TrendMicro WFBS for virus scanning on the mail server.  I have turned off body content scanning thinking maybe it is scanning the content and deleting it.
Exclaimer Mail Utilities to stamp on signatures.

Please help!  Thank you.

I rec'd this error message when I tried sending an email with a photo attachment:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***'.

Subject 'Emailing: 8-27-11 464'
Server Error: 530
Server Response: 530 5.7.1 Authentication required
Server: 'outbound.att.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 465
Secure(SSL): Yes

How do I fix this issue?

Thanks!

Just recently Windows Live is unable to send any outgoing emails from any of the three email accounts I have.  They all receive emails OK, just won't send them.  It isn't the email account as I'm able to send if I go directly into the email account.  I have email at Comcast.net and Live.  Any suggestions?

Hey!

Is there any way to verify an email/business so that people that are subscribed to my newsletter should receive emails sent from me to their inbox instead of their spam folder?

Those people that I am sending emails to are subscribed to my newsletter which means that they have choosen to receive emails from me.

So the question is, what do I need to do in order for my emails sent to my newletter subscribers to land in their inbox folder instead of spam folder?

I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong section, I am new here.
Thank you,   I know answer is here somewhere, I searched too long.

When sending an email or photo message to several friends in one message.

How do I not show everyone email address to recipients , (other than sending separately)

Thanks for your time \   link to info?

Kim

Outlook.com now allows you to send emails from another email address which is great.

However I mostly use the Outlook 2013 client on my PC and this feature does not seem to be available (The send on behalf is no good as the sending email address is the default EAS address). I would like to be able to send emails from other POP3 accounts and have the info stored in my outlook.com account.

Is Microsoft going to add this feature to Outlook 2013 or is there a work around?

thanks
Steve
I'm not receiving email from my msn.com account in my outlook on my laptop. Worked fine this morning. Sending emails works fine. I can see the incoming emails when I log-in online or when I check my phone. Also, my outlook is receiving emails from my gmail account.  It's just not coming in from my msn account.  I got a temporary server error code 5102 and and a synchronizing folder hierarchy error.  My thinking is that this is a problem with on msn server end.  Is this correct?  And how can I communicate that to msn?
I have a custom domain setup using outlook.com.  My wife and I both have accounts on it.  My account is working great, no problems.  My wife's account periodically can't send emails.  They show up in her sent items on outlook.com, but people won't receive them including emails sent to my email address that is on the same domain (and therefore on outlook.com).

It doesn't seem to matter what email client she uses (web, wp8, w8, ipad, etc), they will all appear to work fine.  Emails will be in the sent items folder, but the recipient will never get it.  There's nothing in my wife's account to be able to differentiate a successfully sent email vs one that failed.  All of the emails that were set are visible in outlook.com in her sent items.

I can't imagine anything that could be changed on her account to address this, it seems like a system issue.  I also can't find any way to report this to Microsoft directly.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
