Some months ago I setup a custom domain under outlook.com. Setup a couple of e-mail addresses, which all work great!

Now I want to make a change to the custom domain, but (A) can find it when logged in with my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . Or, (B) I might have another Microsoft/live account that was used to setup the custom domain, but I cant find that info. Sorry.

Thank you!

we have a custom domain setup with zoho mail, and sending test emails all go through except all live, outlook, and hotmail addresses.
the emails DO NOT bounce back.  I am able to send mail from zoho to outlook, but not the other way around.  this is puzzling.  zoho tech support tried everything came up empty.  yesterday, everything worked correctly, today there is an issue.  please help asap!

thank you
I have a custom domain setup using outlook.com.  My wife and I both have accounts on it.  My account is working great, no problems.  My wife's account periodically can't send emails.  They show up in her sent items on outlook.com, but people won't receive them including emails sent to my email address that is on the same domain (and therefore on outlook.com).

It doesn't seem to matter what email client she uses (web, wp8, w8, ipad, etc), they will all appear to work fine.  Emails will be in the sent items folder, but the recipient will never get it.  There's nothing in my wife's account to be able to differentiate a successfully sent email vs one that failed.  All of the emails that were set are visible in outlook.com in her sent items.

I can't imagine anything that could be changed on her account to address this, it seems like a system issue.  I also can't find any way to report this to Microsoft directly.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
I have custom domain setup but I cannot reset the users passwords.  Can you please enable this feature for my domains?

I've read on several forums and tech releases from Microsoft that a Custom Domain setup on Outlook can have 500 Accounts for free.

How should I do that? I've got 50 accounts by default and an option to Ask for More Accounts which brings me to this community. Can I feel helped? Thanks
Hello,

I have a custom domain setup on Outlook.com.  I recently set the domain up to receive email through Outlook.com.  As of now, I am no longer able to log into the service using my custom domain username and password.  I receive the following information:

You've lost access to your email

The inbox you've been using is no longer available. This can occur when your account is owned by an organization, or when someone else confirms ownership of the email address.
You haven't lost access to the other services you use with your Microsoft account. However, you must choose a new primary alias to continue.

For security purposes, enter the password for the account you're trying to sign in to.

Does this mean I have lost all of my email that was stored on Outlook.com?  This is the second time this has occurred.  Is there something I shoudl be doing or something I'm not supposed to do.

Please help.

Thank you,
Phil
